Organic Garden Fertilizers vs. Chemical Fertilizers

Organic fertilizers are slowly released into the soil unlike chemical-based fertiizers. Adding too much chemical fertilizer can damage the soil and the plant. Less harm is done with organics and the help populate the soil with helpful microbial and soil insects. Organic fertilizer is an effective soil conditioner.

Chemical fertilzers usually cause an unwanted accumulation of inorganic salt which rapidly decrease the health effectivness of your soil. In addition, organic fertilizers supply  micronutrients that are not found in chemically produced plant food.
